Ordering help
For fabric
DTF and SuperColor transfers require a suitable heat press. Start with DTF by size for separate logos or designs. SuperColor uses a wider ink set; a screen preview cannot guarantee a specific printed color. A small by-size order is the available way to test a design before a larger batch.
For hard surfaces
UV DTF applies with pressure to suitable clean, dry, smooth hard surfaces. No heat press is used. Check the application and care instructions and test an unfamiliar surface first.
Pricing and discounts
The configurator prices the designs currently loaded there. The cart recalculates eligible DTF bulk savings across all its DTF by-size items; sheets, SuperColor and UV do not receive those DTF tiers. Promo discounts are applied in the cart. Pre-cut service is optional and priced separately.
Changing an item
Edit dimensions, notes, quantities and pre-cut selection from the cart. A changed size can reduce resolution, so check the updated file warnings. For a builder layout, Edit opens the saved project. A different gang-sheet proportion requires a replacement file.
Changes and cancellation
Check the cart before paying. For a change or cancellation after ordering, email info@myrasterworks.com with the order reference as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once production has started. Orders printed correctly from approved files are not eligible for a free reprint because of file errors or a change of mind. Production defects are covered by our print quality policy.
