Artwork requirements
Send a file that is ready to print
We accept PNG, JPG and WebP. Use a transparent PNG when only the design should print. PDF, AI, EPS and PSD are not accepted in the uploader: export a PNG with transparency at the final print size and 300 pixels per inch. Keep your editable original.
Check detail at the final size
A 10-inch-wide print needs about 3,000 pixels across for 300 PPI. Changing the DPI setting or enlarging a small image does not add detail. A resolution warning is an estimate, not a quality guarantee. Review fine lines, small text and spelling in your original file.
Backgrounds are part of the print
JPEG files cannot have a transparent background. A white box in a JPEG will print white. PNG and WebP files can also contain unwanted backgrounds. The transparency grid is only a preview; backgrounds baked into the file remain. We do not automatically remove backgrounds or repair artwork.
Dimensions and layout
Enter the finished print dimensions, not the garment size. Gang sheets must be 22 inches wide with proportions matching the selected length. Check each design, gap and copy in the builder. Your final layout is the print instruction. Notes do not replace a corrected file.
Approval and responsibility
We cover defects caused by our printing equipment or our curing process. We do not cover low-resolution artwork, unwanted backgrounds, spelling mistakes or incorrect sizes supplied or approved by the customer. Upload artwork you own or have permission to reproduce. Adding it to the cart does not include design correction or an individual artwork review.
